At Brew Trade Hub, we strive to provide a seamless platform for beverage producers to connect, buy, and sell merchandise. To ensure a positive experience for all users, please review the guidelines:

  1. Account Registration:
    • Beverage producers can register for free accounts to buy and sell merchandise on our platform.
    • Commercial product vendors interested in listing or advertising goods must subscribe to a paid plan.
  2. Buying and Selling:
    • Beverage producers can browse listings, sell inventory and purchases inventory without fees.
    • Ensure all listings accurately represent the products being offered. Product descriptions, product details, inventory quantities, Certificates of Analysis, pictures and storage location.
  3. Paid Listings and Advertising:
    • Commercial product vendors may also browse all listings. But vendors interested in listing or advertising goods must subscribe to a paid plan.
    • Paid plans offer various benefits, including increased visibility, featured listings, and targeted advertising options.
  4. Payment and Transactions:
    • Brew Trade Hub is not a payment processing platform. Transactions are the responsibility of the buyer and the seller. Product quality, information and physical shipping preparation is the responsibility of the seller. Buyers are responsible for order payments, shipping set up and cost.
    • Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and providing excellent buyer service.
  5. Communication:
    • Maintain professional and courteous communication with other users at all times.
    • Utilize the buyer or seller contact information for inquiries, negotiations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  6. Feedback and Reviews:
    • Leave honest and constructive feedback for transactions to help build trust within our community.
    • Report any issues or concerns to our customer support team for prompt assistance ie. [email protected].
  7. Compliance and Regulations:
    • Ensure all listings and transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Prohibited items or activities will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.
