This obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brew Trade Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of BTH.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

8. Changes to Terms

Brew Trade Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting a notice on BTH. Your continued use of BTH following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
